• Monoclonal Antibodies - Monoclonal Antibodies are powerful immunochemical tools useful in a variety of applications including ELISA, immunoblotting and immuno-histochemistry. • Cytokines - Cellkines are natural or recombinant human cytokines or growth factors. The source for all recombinant human cytokines is E. coli unless otherwise noted.
• Oxidative Stress Assays - Measurement of the Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive Substances (TBARS) is the gold standard for assay of oxidative stress. The OXI-TEK (TBARS) is a calibrated kit designed for the measurement of oxidative stress in biological samples.
• EOAs - These novel microplate assays provide sensitive and convenient means to detect specific nucleic acid sequences. Gene-detective EOAs offer advantages over radioactive probe assays including speed, safety and stability of reagents.
• Purified Viruses - Purified viruses can be used in the manufacture of detection systems using solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, Western Blotting, dot-blotting and related techniques. The material is valuable as an immunogen and for the purification of viral proteins.
• Support Reagents - The products available in this range are Zeptogel and Scrubbed Nylon™ Fibers.
