The Kappa/FITC is a purified immunoglobulin fraction from rabbit antiserum conjugated with FITC. The Kappa/FITC is capable of detecting and reacting with Kappa antigen in frozen tissues. Kappa/FITC reacts with free Kappa chains as well as Kappa chains in intact immunoglobulin molecules.
