The Lambda/FITC is a purified immunoglobulin fraction from rabbit antiserum conjugated with FITC. The Lambda/FITC is capable of detecting and reacting with Lambda antigen in frozen tissues. Lambda/FITC reacts with free Lambda chains as well as Lambda chains in intact immunoglobulin molecules.
