DDIT3/CCP12 Tri-color Break Apart FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests
CT-PAC058Contact us for more information.
The DDIT3/CCP12 tri-color break apart FISH probe is designed to detect rearrangements of human DDIT3 (aka CHOP) gene located on chromosome 12q13.3* along with CCP12 FISH probe, which is derived from chromosome 12-specific pericentromeric DNA and is designed to serve as a control to determine the number of chromosome 12 copies per cell.
The probe is labeled with CytoOrange, CytoGreen and CytoAqua. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoAqua has an excitation peak at 422 nm and emission peak at 471 nm, giving it an aqua fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
