ERBB4/CCP2 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The ERBB4/CCP2 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human ERBB4 gene located on chromosome band 2q34, along with the number of chromosome 2 copies per cell*. Abnormal expression of the ERBB4 gene – also known as HER4, ALS19 or p180erbB4 – has been observed in a number of malignant tumors and other conditions.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
