MYH11/CCP16 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The MYH11/CCP16 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human MYH11 gene located on chromosome band 16p13.11 along with the number of chromosome 16 copies per cell.* Rearrangements and abnormal expression of the MYH11 gene – also known asAAT4, FAA4, SMHC or SMMHC – have been observed in acute non-lymphocytic leukemias and other malignancies.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it an green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
