NPM1-ALK Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The NPM1-ALK fusion FISH probe is designed to detect rearrangements between the human NPM1 and ALK genes located on chromosome 5q35.1 and 2p23.2, respectivley.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
