TERC/CCP3 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The TERC/CCP3 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human TERC gene located on chromosome band 3q26.2, along with the number of chromosome 3 copies per cell. Amplification and abnormal expression of the TERC gene – also known as TR, hTR,TRC3, DKCA1, PFBMFT2 or SCARNA19 – is a hallmark of malignant cervical cancer but is also dysregulated in other tumor types.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it an green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
