TMPRSS2-ERG Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The TMPRSS2-ERG fusion FISH probe set is designed to detect rearrangements between the human TMPRSS2 and ERG genes, both located on the long arm of chromosome 21 (21q22.3 and 21q22.2, respectively).

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551nm and emission peak at 575nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495nm and emission peak at 518nm, giving it an green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
