TSC1/CCP9 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The TSC1/CCP9 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human TSC1 gene located on chromosome band 9q34.13, along with the number of chromosome 9 copies per cell.* Abnormal expression of the TSC1 gene – also known as LAM or TSC – has been observed in tuberous sclerosis, some kidney cancers and other conditions.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
