NATtrol™ Mpox Virus (Recombinant) Stock (1 x 1mL)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

NATtrol™ Mpox Virus (Recombinant) Stock* is formulated with purified, intact bacterial cells containing synthetic Mpox virus sequence which includes portions of the following gene regions: E9L, G2R, B2R and C3L. The cells have been chemically modified to render them noninfectious and refrigerator stable. Each vial contains 1.0 mL of NATtrol™ Mpox Virus (Recombinant) Stock in a proprietary matrix at the target concentration listed in Table 1. 

INTENDED USE:

NATtrol™ Mpox Virus (Recombinant) Stock is designed to evaluate the performance of nucleic acid tests for determination of the presence of Mpox virus DNA. NATtrol™ Mpox Virus (Recombinant) Stock enables laboratories to monitor test variation, lotto-lot test kit performance, operator variation, and can provide assistance in identifying random or systemic error.
