The RealStar® Filovirus Type RT-PCR Kit 2.0 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of the five Ebolavirus species.
Key features:
- Detection and differentiation of Ebola- and Marburgvirus specific RNA
- Differentiation of the five Ebolavirus species: Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV), Reston ebolavirus (RESTV), Sudan ebolavirus (SUDV), Tai Forest ebolavirus (TAFV) and Zaire ebolavirus (EBOV)
- Reagent system including Internal Control and a Positive Control for each target
- Compatible with various real-time PCR platforms
- For research use only (RUO). Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
