The RealStar® HAV RT-PCR Kit 1.0 is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the detection of hepatitis A virus (HAV) specific RNA.

Dilution series of HAV specific RNA, ranging from 100 to 104 IU/µl, detected in the FAM detection channel [A]. The Internal Control (IC) is detected in the JOE detection channel [B].
