MCF2L/LAMP1 FISH Probe Kit - 10 tests

The MCF2L/LAMP1 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human MCF2L gene, located on chromosomes band 13q34, and theLAMP1 gene region on chromosome band 13q34.* Abnormalities in both genes have been reported in breast cancer and other malignancies.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
