NATtrol™ Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2 External Run Control* (NATFRC-ERC) is formulated with purified, intact viral particles that have been chemically modified to render them non-infectious and refrigerator stable. NATtrol Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2 External Run Control includes 4 targets: Flu A (A/Brisbane/10/07), Flu B (B/Florida/02/06), RSV B (CH93(18)-18), SARS-CoV-2 (USA-WA1/2020).
Its recommended that the NATtrol Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2 External Run Control is used in conjunction with a real-time PCR thermal cycler.

- Target concentration of 15,000 copies/mL
Intended Use:
NATtrol™ Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2 External Run Control is designed to evaluate the performance of nucleic acid tests for determination of the presence of respiratory virus nucleic acids. NATFRC-ERC enables laboratories to monitor test variation, lot-to-lot test kit performance, operator variation, and can provide assistance in identifying random or systemic error.
