Pepsin solution may be used to digest formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues, frozen tissue sections or cytogenetic samples, such as uncultured amniocytes, direct blood smears, buccal scrapings, urine, touch preps and others. It contains 2.5ml of ready-to-use Pepsin Solution. For cytological samples, cover the cells with approximately 200 ul Pepsin Solution.
