Paraffin Block Trimmer

The Paraffin Block Trimmer enables the researcher to trim the paraffin blocks automatically. This instrument removes only paraffin residue around the paraffin block without damage to the tissue samples or the plastic cassette. When the paraffin blocks are finished the embedding process they are loaded into the instrument and they move to trim the paraffin residue into the instrument. The trimmed block is discharged from the outlet of the instrument. This instrument also saves time and prevents the user from any injuries caused by the conventional trimming method.
