The Viogene T1 Maxi Ultrapure Plasmid Extraction System allows the isolation of ultrapure plasmid DNA from up to 100-250 ml culture without lysate centrifugation. Plasmid DNA purified from Viogene’s proprietary anion-exchange resin is suitable to be used in transfection, automated sequencing and enzymatic modification.
